1. Digital Products

 

Most of what we sell — like digital journals, stickers, e-books, coloring books, and other downloads — are instant-access digital files.

 

Once you buy it and get access, it’s yours forever, which means we can’t take it back.

So unfortunately:

No refunds, returns, or exchanges once a download link or file has been delivered.

 

If your file doesn’t open, the link is broken, or something technical goes sideways — email us at [email protected] and we’ll fix it ASAP.

2. Online Courses

 

When you sign up for one of our online courses, you get immediate access to content that took us a ton of time, coffee, and sarcasm to create.

 

Because of that:

However, if you have a legitimate access issue (like you can’t log in, your account isn’t working, or the system glitched), just reach out — we’ll make sure you get what you paid for.

If we ever sell physical stuff (like merch, prints, or planners), we’ll clearly note the return policy for those items on the product page.
